Adequate but unremarkable sushi. More visually appealing than tasty, overall. Highlights were the seared cod, otoro and kampachi. Lowlights were the chutoro and tamago, believe it or not.

The atmosphere varies depending on the floor.I usually eat at the counter seats on the 3rd floor, but the basement that is sometimes guided when crowded is only a table seat, and craftsmen do not hold in front of me. The space between the adjacent table seats is narrow and gritty, so I think it is for groups with low unit prices such as tour customers.If you go private, you should avoid the basement.

Great sushi at excellent price

Service was good, quality was fine. The sushi bar was booked so we ended up in the basement area which was ok but not a sushi bar experience. We are more familiar with north American sushi restaurants and found the variety of rolls were very limited. Perhaps that's the norm in Japan as opposed to just this restaurant. Price was fine and about what you would expect in the US.

Cost performance amazing at sushi zanmai chains. This locatioj provides private room and they charge 3000yen to 5000yen per room depends on room size. Service is amazing. Food is very good.

Reasonable food

Great price with fresh, standard type of Nigiri. Uni and Saba were not as expected, should be better at a better/higher-price sushi restaurant.

Ask for the 2 floor. This place is great...they go out of their way to make the customer happy! The 1st floor and 3rd floor are normal but the 2nd floor is a special place and different from the other Zanmai places!A little pricey but well worth the experience!!!
